Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation , please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchases. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
Once your product is retrieved we will refund a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within request 12days starting from when your return request was submitted.
Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
How much time do I have to return a product to Market Merchant?
All items sold on Market Merchant Ng, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date. Example: if I received my product on Monday 1st, I have until next Sunday 7th to contact customer service.

NOTE: you have 7 days to notify us of your return online or by calling customer service, from the day you received your purchase.
For defective items, note that you have 7 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the Manufacturer if the product has a warranty.

To avoid such an issue, kindly verify the item delivered to you always by
our delivery agents and return if it doesn’t match your order. Incase you accepted it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 5 days
- What should I do if I want to exchange a product and it is either sold out or not available You will have to return your first order, while you make a new order your new order and wait till it becomes available. - If I had received a free gift, would I need to return it as well when I return the product?
The answer is yes, every free gift should also be returned

It would take 5 to 14 days for a product to be replaced depending on the type of product and location as well, kindly refer to the product page on www.MarketMerchantNG.com. for further information’s about delivery time.
- Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return product?
You wouldn’t be charged for shipping a product back to @MarketMerchantNg
- What is the “shipped from overseas” return policy?
for any product flagged as “Shipped from overseas”, returns of such products would only be granted with the criterion and reasons below:
N.B note returns will be accepted by @MarketMerchantNg for reasons other than this.

We do not accept returns of products if size does not fit, or if the buyer dislikes the product. We encourage customers to always check product full description and confirms it before placing orders.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Change of mind includes orders you have made in error, this could be accidentally order of products with wrong material make, colour choice, size, or working technique.

We would only accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Return within 7 days
- Returns with proof of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags, seals and labels attached
- All sticker must be in place
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
